Shipping policy

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout.

We pack every Pen Pal Crafts order with care and ship within 3–4 business days. Once your package is on its way, you’ll receive a tracking number so you can follow the fun.  We ship through USPS or UPS, and we do not ship on holidays. Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 7 business days.  If there is a delay in your order, please check the tracking information.  We are not responsible for carrier delays.

From time to time, we offer free shipping promotions. Orders that qualify for free shipping during such promotions will be sent via standard shipping, not expedited shipping.

At this time, we can only ship within the 48 contiguous states. We hope to add Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico soon.
